Ronen Aviram

Ronen Aviram has been the vice president & general manager at Hotel Valley Ho since 2016 but originally joined the hotel as part of the pre-opening team, serving as the director of guest operations from 2005 to 2008.

Hailing from New Jersey, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from University of Maryland College Park, and went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Hotel and Food Service Management from Florida International University. He then held management positions at luxurious hotels and resorts around the U.S., including the Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Resort Aviara, Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Fairmont Dallas. Prior to joining Hotel Valley Ho, he served as the hotel manager for Swissotel Chicago.

With over 30 years of hospitality management experience, Ronen has overseen everything from front office and rooms to food & beverage, communications and guest operations. He views himself and the entire Hotel Valley Ho team as “Ambassadors of Love”, creating wonderful experiences for guests and colleagues alike. Ronen currently serves as the Board Chair for Experience Scottsdale and is a current board member and former board chair for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northern and Central Arizona. Ronen is well known for his part in the infamous R + R show. His wife Cindy and three children are an active family that like to travel, watch sports, and hike with their hotel dog, Wrigley, several times a week.
