
Shane Green
Shane Green, a world-renowned keynote speaker, author of the book Culture Hacker, and television personality, is a business consultant and strategist who works with hospitality businesses and leaders worldwide to elevate their customer experience and organizational culture. Shane draws upon his New Zealand upbringing, his work with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and his consulting experience for hotels in Las Vegas, as well as his success across multiple industries in designing service cultures and elevating customer experiences. His work has been featured in NBR, HBR, Forbes, Bloomberg Business, and Inc. Magazine.
He is currently the CEO of the Foley Entertainment Group, responsible for their sports, hotel, winery, and private membership businesses. Previously, he was the VP of Operations for Cipriani in the US and Robertson Lodges in New Zealand. Recently, he was also involved in opening the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Durango Casino & Resort, and Arev St. Tropez. Over the years, Shane has partnered with brands such as the NBA, Madison Square Garden, MSC Cruises, MGM Resorts International, NetJets Inc., United Airlines, and BMW to reprogram their employee experiences, craft their hospitality culture, and deliver meaningful customer interactions and experiences.
