Vito bridges owners, operators, and creative teams, aligning all parties around the Why and What of design strategy. By spotting opportunities others miss and recalibrating scope early, he creates actionable direction that maximizes both guest experience and investment value. Providing design oversight and serving as owner’s representative through all project phases, he ensures every decision supports both operational goals and long-term brand integrity.

Seeing projects from the perspective of all stakeholders, Vito brings the insight of his tenure as Vice President of Architecture & Design at Hilton. He led the creation of new brands and the repositioning of legacy flags, and continues to influence the industry through advisory roles, speaking engagements, and design juries.

A licensed architect and interior designer with LEED AP, he also draws on deep industry experience from his tenure at The Gettys Group and as former leader of Gensler’s Regional Hospitality Practice.
